(as a service user),

I felt supported and not judged by the staff/facilitators. They were absolutely amazing facilitators and were very patient, caring and engaging. The other group members were amazing. Despite us all coming from different backgrounds we all got on so well. We all showed respect towards each other and engaged extremely well with the content and activities.

It's so nice to have a flurry of such positive stories about our day program in Woolloongabbba! Good on you for sharing your experience and letting us know how you feel about the staff and other participants.

Staff are integral to your support and it's great to hear you found them to be non-judgy, patient, caring and engaging.

It's also good to hear that the participants got along well and were willing to share their experiences openly and honestly.
