About: Lives Lived Well - Caboolture

(as a service user),

I am new to QLD and part of the LGBQAI± and had issue with substance abuse. I called and spoken to Ruth and from day 1 they had treated me with respect and wanting to help me. I started my day program at Lives Lived Well Caboolture and it has been amazing experience. They care about my well being and making sure I leave with tools that will help cope. I would recommend them highly. Thanks Ruth and Sue.

I am glad that as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, you felt welcomed and respected.

I support you to keep those coping tools that you learnt at the front of mind, and use them when you need to. Reflect regularly on what you learnt, and work out how to plug those learnings into your daily life. Please keep in touch with us, Ruth and Sue would no doubt love to hear from you from time to time to hear how things are going. Reach out any time you need support to keep living your life well.
