"Care in hospital"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

Bunbury hospital WA Acute surgical unit.

Laparoscopic appendicectomy.

Hi spent 3 nights in this delightful unit where the staff were very caring to not only the patients in their care but also to all the staff. Lying there for 3 days listening to the way they spoke to each other in a very busy unit was nothing more than pleasurable, which made me feel well looked after and cared for as a patient. I feel these girls/boys deserve so much more than their minuscule pay for there tireless work and I would just like to thank them all.

Dear Putter

I hope you have recovered well, and life is returning to normal.

Thank you for your kind words. At Bunbury hospital we strive to provide excellent care to all our patients. I was very pleased to hear that on this occasion we met your expectations and the staff were friendly and worked as a team. I will pass on your appreciation to the team working in the Acute surgical unit.

Many thanks
