Hi 

I was admitted to Margaret river health services after a quad bike accident on a public holiday recently . My experience was so great that me and my family felt that every single health  care team was a great support to me and my family on a terrible time . I was looked after and cared so well that I felt so safe in an outback environment where I believe there is not much back up . I felt my care needs are all met in a timely manner with appropriate and timely information to my family who are on a difficult situation too far away from home . Every single staff I saw including nursing medical radiology all others advocated for the best care . I have only great full thanks to express to the team . Keep the great work .

It's wonderful to hear that your care was met in an appropriate and timely manner and that our staff advocated for you to ensure you were provided the very best of care.

I am very proud of our team and the outstanding care that they provide on a daily basis.

It can be very scary to be injured in the rural setting especially whilst on holiday, but getting the support for you and your family alleviates this and ensures the best possible outcomes not only for you but your family as well.

I will take great pleasure in sharing your feedback with them. In the meantime, I hope you are recovering well and that you get to come back to the beautiful southwest sometime soon.

Dear Marie

Thanks a lot for your caring words. Your team excel in every aspect of my care. I am getting better but will be a long road to full recovery. Bring a patient flow bed manager I can see their struggles to get the outbound team to accept the care. They never stopped advocating to Bunbury, RPH and FSH without any hesitation.

My family been given the best reassurance to drive back to Perth, that the staff will make sure all my needs are met and will be transferred comfortably. That is a promise delivered well. Once again my heartfelt thanks to your team.
