"Care at the Nursing Post"

I found the 2 people working recently to be very belittling and humiliating, totally disregarded and seemingly dismissive of my symptoms,

The first person :

introduced themself,but not their role:

listened to my symptoms and diagnosed me…..

Do nurses make diagnosis?

The second person came in :

Didn’t introduce themself

Didn’t explain their role

I had no idea if I was speaking to a cleaner, a nurse or a receptionist,

The second person was wearing short board shorts and a scrub top,

Told me to see my GP when I returned to my home in just under two weeks,

I had explained my symptoms were distressing and had antibiotic treatment for 7 days which I completed a week ago

The symptoms have bounced back over the week since completing the antibiotic,

I feel it's extremely concerning to be told, I recall, nothing we can do so see your GP when you return.
