About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Transitional Aged Care Program

(as a carer),

After my brother was released from hospital and discharged to home he was given support from TACP. They were always professional and respectful. They were great at helping my brother set goals and then aiding him, so he achieved them. Could not have asked for better help from Belinda, Annie, Rick, Stephanie and Ally. Thankyou for helping him and me, as his carer!
