(as a parent/guardian),

I took my daughter to the ED at Perth Childrens Hospital following advice from a previous visit for suspected epilepsy after newly reoccurring symptoms, now more frequent. Several hours at PCH tested my endurance with my ex (the only burden in my opinion). During this time Dr Beau was consulting us & I felt, managing prioritised attendance to others needs with such professionalism & exceptional time management. Being aware of the 3-6month wait for diagnosis scan, I felt his above & beyond effort to follow up an eta & call advising me the following day was worth several hours subjected to being there with the ex.

Unfortunately her scan appointment has been cancelled, however a face to face appointment has been scheduled following another ED attendance. I realise the immense strain that our health system is under at the moment, but appreciate & look forward to proceeding through with optimistic progress for management.
