"WACHS Positive Birth Courses"

The classes were held via zoom on the comfort of our homes due to Covid. I was very excited when I found out WACHS were offering these as I was already looking at Hypnobirthing courses prior to registering. I completed with Cesarean module in addition to the main course as I like to be well informed.

I found these classes very helpful as they allowed me to understand the processes involved and what options I might have which made things a lot easier on the day when all my plans went out the window due to needing an emergency c-section.  I had a pretty clear understanding of everything that was happening and why and I attribute that to these courses. Both presenters were very knowledgeable and welcoming and happy to answer any questions and provide personal experiences so we could relate what we were learning. I found these courses very beneficial.
