(as a parent/guardian),

My 6 year old was flown to PCH via the RFDS following a near drowning incident. We recieved fantastic treatment from all the staff we encountered from our arrival in ED and during our stay on the respiratory ward. They all had a fantastic manner that put my son at ease and took the time to ask how I was doing or if I needed anything as well.

Also kudos to the dietitian and food service staff. With 8 food allergies I understand it is not easy to provide safe food for him, but there was fantastic communication and he was provided with a large variety of safe food for him to eat.
