Recently, I went to my next SEH appointment and was impressed by changes - self check-in, no long queues, fresh paint and electronic records up-to-date. My specialist wasn't in but I was seen by another doctor who listened carefully and reassured me with good advice. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the new Dr Jess. Whole appointment quick and efficient - 1.25hrs from walking in till leaving with new appointment. Thank you, SEH
