"Care with MGP4"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

Midwives from MGP4 looked after my pregnancy and birth of my first baby at KEMH. I felt I was always well informed, helped and spoiled. Based on my experience I can’t recommend this program enough, I believe they make you feel accompanied all the way, specially when you’re far from home like my case.

Dear warmdd39,

Congratulations on the birth of your baby and thank you for your comments on the Care Opinion site.

Welcoming your first baby, particularly whilst far from home, is such a significant event, and I’m so pleased to hear that you felt supported, safe and cared for by the MGP4 team throughout your pregnancy and birth. We’re always happy to hear that the care provided by our Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) teams enables women to feel empowered and well-informed. The fact that you would recommend this service to others is truly a testament to our staff and the wonderful care they provide.

I wish you all the best for the future.

Barbara Lourey

Nurse Midwife CoDirector
