I just want to acknowledge the outstanding level of care I have received by Kay during my time at Sydney Hospital.
She has been helpful, empathic, caring, kind, funny, understanding and has always gone above and beyond in her role at the hospital, during a very emotional and traumatic time in my life.
Thank you Kay for being such an amazing person.
