We had a fantastic experience birthing at the Warren Hospital. We were lucky to be on the MGP with appointed midwives who are available 24/7 for support. Our allocated midwives were Alora and Tina, who we’d previously had with the birth of our first child in 2020. They were nothing short of amazing this time around, too. Erica was the midwife on with Alora the day we gave birth and she was also brilliant.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Robyn, even though she was not our primary midwife, she spent the whole first night on the ward in case we needed her and then continued follow up care with us in the days after and then also at home. Robyn was ever so helpful with a calm, reassuring, positive and genuinely caring approach, especially with breastfeeding. Robyn is great at communicating - appointments and when she was popping in which was very helpful when trying to navigate visitors and rest time. She has a wealth of knowledge and evidence based resources and we are so thankful she took the time to share this with us.
We had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff at the hospital and would like to say a huge thank you!
