(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted for surgery at Fiona Stanley. The care we received while admitted was fantastic. The process from start to finish was streamlined and it appeared everyone knew what they were doing! The pre op organisation was timely and faultless. We would really love to thank everyone involved in our care from the ENT surgical team, clerks, PCA’s, hospitality, theatre staff and especially the nurses on ward 3a who looked after us ( Pam, Jackie and Chris) you guys were amazing! Thank you so much!

I know that taking our loved ones to hospital for any reason is often a stressful and worrying time, so it means a lot that you were able to reflect and provide such glowing gratitude. I will share your feedback with our Executive team so that they can cascade it to the many teams you have named.

Your story is a wonderful example of how our staff deliver compassionate care to a level they would wish for themselves or their loved ones.
