My boyfriend was really sick upon our recent arrival to Australia. We had been to a previous hospital and doctors clinic and was recommended to come to at George’s hospital. The patient experience officer Rosemund was so kind and helpful during our wait. She provided us with a blanket and water and was happy to answer our queries. She really made the wait feel comfortable and was a really kind member of staff.

Emergency Departments (ED) can be very busy places at times and I was pleased to hear that our Patient Experience Officer was able to make your stay in our ED more comfortable.
