"Lost property, but great staff"

About: SCGH Mental Health Observation Area (MHOA)

(as the patient),

Great staff, listened to my concerns and took my safety very seriously. Believed me every step of the way. Very compassionate. 

Except for one staff member in MHOA who I recall called me a "tricky patient".

Additionally, my charger and cable was lost. I had it upon admission and when they gave back my belongings on discharge, they did not know where it was.
