"Complimenting a continuing treatment team member"

I wanted to thank a step-in Case Manager Kat for the compassion and care she showed my son while he was unwell requiring a hospital admission. Kat contacted me throughout the experience and also spoke regularly with my son while he was in hospital which as he puts it “she’s a real person who you can talk to”. Thank you Kat because having someone like yourself within the Adult Mental Health system has given us as family a sense of hope in knowing others care about our loved one’s wellbeing. Kat also then helped send off referrals for housing which has been a main goal of my son’s. Thank you Kat for recognising his presentation of being unwell and for the caring approach you showed my  son. We as family are forever grateful
