The phone number provided does not work. I tried for days to organise an appointment. I emailed my referral through prior to making calls. When I finally got through they promised a call back. The call back was a recorded message requesting I call them back on the same number. I did this to find that I was placed in the endless loop waiting ten minutes with out pick up. When I raised my concerns the person I spoke with said they understood the problem and the line was always busy. My referral had been lost. This seems to be such a bad issue that it has become routine. When I finally got through, staff were able to make an appointment for me but they are obviously stressed by this situation. I believe there is a lack of staff at this facility and this lack of staff is resulting in delays in treatment for patients and placing undue pressure on hospital staff.
