"PAPs smear test"

About: GPs in the Fairfax Electoral District

(as the patient),

I had a routine PAPs smear test at my surgery by a new Doctor who noticed something concerning down below. I recall they used their own personal mobile phone to photo and record me saying they needed to obtain a second opinion (without any consent forms signed). The Doctor positioned themselves at the end of the patient bed (against medical protocol) I believe to get my whole body in the photo / filming for own personal gratification. As I sat up I believe I caught the Doctor filming me.

As I understand it, the second opinion was never sought and the Doctor claimed to have deleted photos/film (not in front of me though - hence I am concerned). I understand the doctor is very clever - medical degrees, teaches medicine  plus family history of Doctors in high places. The Doctor admitted using their own phone but Ahpra decided it was a training issue and did not investigate as to why they acted in this manner. The police were interested at first but I believe the Doctor's solicitor told them to go away as the case had been heard by Ahpra. Appealed with Ahpra as I felt they did not ask the right questions and poorly handled it - you can still get information even when it is deleted.

Concerned as the media could be all over the internet and it has caused me seriously mental health issues and not been able to work whilst this Doctor goes about their business.
