About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus

(as a service user),

I contacted the freedom of information request email to request my medical records. I emailed the FOI email address at 2pm and I had a response at 9am the next morning with how I can request the forms. Anne was very helpful in answering my query with a quick response turn around when I had been notified it could be up to 2 business days before I received a response, I was shocked I had a response the next morning.
