Dear cubeyc53,

Thank you for taking the time to share your story about the care and treatment you received at Sir Charles Gairdner and Osborne Park Hospitals.

I am sorry to hear you had been so unwell and that you cannot recall what happened after you blacked out. I can only imagine how distressing this experience would have been for you.

I am really pleased to hear of the excellent care you received from our wonderful staff in the Physio department. It will be my pleasure to let them know how well you are progressing and to pass on your thanks and appreciation.

We wish you all the best with your ongoing recovery.

Warm regards

Jodi Graham
