"Rude reception staff"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital

(as the patient),

I want to complain about one of your receptionists at the Barker Street entrance of Prince of Wales Hospital.

I felt this staff member was incredibly rude to me when I asked them to pay for parking. They did not explain to me what was necessary, I felt they were abrasive, rude, and inconsiderate for people with disabilities. The staff member then said I needed to leave. I recall there was actually another receptionist there and not many people waiting.

I have a disability after a head injury and need information to be repeated. When I asked the staff member to repeat what they were saying I recall they kept saying that I was a bully and to get out. The staff member threatened me several times to get security. I believe they were discriminating against me because I have a brain injury. I felt they were just so rude and so inappropriate.
