"My story is Me"

About: Lives Lived Well – Watershed Residential Service (Wollongong)

(as the patient),

This is my second time doing watershed the first time I did it was for methamphetamines. I found it really helpful, it is helping me stay sober for seven years. I am back at watershed for alcohol this time I'm learning new things that are put into practice at times and has been a great help for when I'm really struggling. I do highly rate this program, I find it very helpful because it doesn't just concentrate on staying sober, it helps you reconnect with yourself and helps you re find yourself and discover yourself in new ways that you don't know was possible and also gives you tools in everyday life, that you don't have to be in sobriety, but it actually helps you.

Dear Lilmuma,

Firstly, thank you for sharing your experience and your praise for Watershed. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and you did it not once but twice. It's good to read that you are discovering yourself all over again - and learning skills to take you into your future.

Well done and thanks again for letting us know how much you get out of the Watershed program.

Always reach out when you need to.

Regards,

Lara
