Thank you to the incredible staff I encountered at Esperance hospital/ maternity unit for the outstanding and exceptional care provided to my family and I for the birth of our first child. They made me feel so informed, empowered and safe during the delivery and enabled me to have an extremely positive birth experience. I felt like I had the best support team in the world!

The postnatal care was second to none, in my opinion. Both my partner and I were provided with so much helpful advice and support, allowing us to adjust to those challenging first days as new parents as best that we could! I believe we are so lucky to have access to such an incredible team here in Esperance! Thank you again.

Congratulations on becoming first time parents, what an exciting time for you both, it will give me great pleasure in sharing your story with our team.

Esperance Health Campus has been working hard at improving our maternity services in collaboration with consumers, maternity and administration staff. Some of the improvements have included an increase in antenatal visits and home visits postnatally. These improvements have strengthened the morale within the maternity unit to continue to provide great care and to build a sustainable workforce for the future.

We continue to strive to provide great person-centred care and by you sharing your story with us shows that we are on the right path, thank you so much.
