"Me being in a motorbike sidecar solo accident"

About: Omeo Hospital

(as the patient),

Slid off the unmade rd and over the edge. Felt sore around upper chest area. the guys I were riding with said I better get checked out at the Omeo Hospital. Which I did. I rang the bell and that's when I met Ian the on watch nurse. He took me under his wing. He got me onto the bed and did his usual stuff I suppose. We talked a lot, got on really easily, after that I felt a lot better. I told him I felt good enough to go so I rang my wife to pick me up 4.5 hrs away. He suggested that I have a meal there and wait in a ward  (which I did ). I'm a simple man and I really appreciated what he did. That's why I'm writing this story 👍

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! So nice to hear that you felt reassured and supported when you needed it most. Ian’s a most caring nurse and your feedback captures his character so well. I will share the story across our teams to make sure your sentiment is felt. Also, hope your recovery went well and your next visit to the area goes much smoother.

Take Care,

Alyce
