"PATS office in Geraldton"

Huge Shout-Out of thanks to Zahirah, Beth, Karen, and the rest of the crew at Geraldton PATS! I can't compliment them enough for the sensational service I received there.

I had to go to Perth for eye surgery that was scheduled last minute by my surgeon.  Of course, it was the afternoon at the end of the week and my travel had to take place early the following week! Beth and Zahirah put aside everything, organised my transportation, connected me with a list of hotels and provided me with all of the information I'd need for taxi bookings, travel in Perth, location of the hospital and everything else I needed to ensure that everything went smoothly. Karen was working behind the scenes to book my transportation and other logistics.

Before I got home, I already had an email with everything I needed to make the trip painless and it all went exactly to plan with no hassles.  100/100!  Super-friendly, professional, competent and well-informed about everything that needed to happen. Thank you so much helping me. It was such a pleasure to be served by your awesome team!
