(as a relative),

My family had a visit to Carnarvon Hospital with a sensitive and stressful situation at hand with a loved one. During our 6 hour visit we were treated so kindly by the nursing staff and doctor on call.

We were made to feel seen and heard for the first time in a long time. We honestly cannot thank the team enough for providing the best possible care for the patient and family members. A special mention to Dr Geert for his professionalism and support given and to the amazing nurse Anita who stepped into the room and brought calmness and solution to the issues we were facing; I feel Anita really needs to be cloned as everyone deserves to be made to feel important and not just a number in their time of need. Also, to Karen the Director of Nursing, your chat with us was well received and very kind. We cannot thank you enough and will be forever grateful. Thank you, Carnarvon Hospital, keep up the amazing work in our community, we need it.
