District nursing service

(as the patient),

I have been receiving assistance from the district nursing service for the past 6 months. They come and disconnect my chemotherapy pump. All the staff I have encountered are all very experienced and supportive. The coordinator follows up with me regularly and provides wonderful leadership and support to her team to provide an excellent community service. I can only give high praise and confidence in this team of dedicated nurses.
