I presented to the ED recently.. explained what had happened at Triage and they took me through in a wheelchair.
I felt the Doctor who attended to me went above and beyond, she was excellent. I only wish i had written down her name so my gratitude could be sent to her via the hospital. I thanked her before i left but it hardly seemed enough.
I felt this lady Doctor left no stone unturned brain scans, ECG, bloods. She discussed my case with a Neurologist at FSH then an Ophthalmologist at RPH. Once the Neurologist was satisfied she then turned to the Ophthalmologist and arranged for me to visit the next morning. All the staff at RPH knew i was coming and i was taken straight away. It would be amazing if the hospital could find her and ensure she is recognised for her hard work, her professionalism and her care.
I was discharged in the late evening. I was admitted in the mid-afternoon.
"Fantastic Doctor in ED."
