I called up the dentist recently. I felt the staff member who answered the phone was very rude. As I have terrible anxiety and my mental health is struggling, dealing with having no teeth currently my social worker told me to call to see how much longer I needed to wait for my new dentures or for the voucher to be issued. I was abruptly told that I only had the last of my teeth removed about 2 months ago and not to call back until at least another month. Then the staff member hung up. I was very upset by the way I was spoken to and are nervous completing my dental care at this place. I felt concerned about someone who seems to speak to people like that being employed in a health setting.
