(as the patient),

Came to ED as I sprained my ankle but was worried it might be broken. The staff were all so kind and helpful. I can’t believe how quickly I was X-ray’ed and seen by a doctor. Just over an hour! Dr Carissa was so kind and thorough and Josephina helped me work out the crutches. 

I’m so grateful!
