I did group with lives lived well in Caboolture. I learnt skills how to deal with life. Built slot of confidence. Learning what my values are.

You've taken the step into the rest of your life and you should be proud of yourself. Breaking or changing a behaviour of 22 years is a major task and you have done it. It is so good to read that Wunya was able to show you strategies to deal with 'life', build your confidence and discover your values.
Six months is a significant achievement, and some days might be harder than others - so remember to always reach out if you need additional support.
