(as the patient),

Had an incision surgery of an abcess and I found the team at the Day Surgery at St George Hospital at Kogarah are very helpful and caring. I was at the Emergency department the day before and I feel if I had the same attention as I did in the day surgery, I believe patients will always feel that we are being cared for and looked after. Well done most specially to Carol who was the nurse who looked after me.

It’s always pleasing to receive positive feedback concerning the efforts of staff. We are very fortunate to have exceptional, caring, and empathetic health professionals in our Day Surgery Unit who are dedicated to providing quality health care to the community.

Emergency Departments can be very busy places at times and I regret that on this occasion your experience in our Emergency Department was not a positive one.
