"Nurse compliment"

I just wanted to Compliment Nurse Lyn, on the Exceptional Service that she provided to me recently when visiting the Swan Hill Primary Health Medical Centre.

I recently had a cyst removed (About 5 days ago) and needed the dressing changed.

I was fortunate to have Nurse Lyn attend to this for me. Her Level of Customer Service has always been Extremely High, and this was certainly the case again this time. I would like to Compliment Lyn on her complete understanding of her patients needs; For her extremely caring nature and Attitude and for the 5 Star Plus Service that she always offers.

I received the same High Level of Service from Lyn, when she was the Nurse administering Local Covid Injections in previous years.

Swan Hill Primary Health Medical Centre are, in my opinion, very lucky to have Lyn on board as one of their Nurses and I again Compliment her on caring nature and professionalism.

I would very much like this Compliment passed on to Lyn via someone in the Management Team at Swan Hill Primary Health Medical Centre please.
