I have always been terrified of the dentist, stems from early years as a child. 

The kind, considerate and compassionate treatment I received from Doctor Roshine and Nurse Kass was so appreciated. 

I really felt that how I was during treatment, really mattered to them, we are very lucky to have people like these in our health system.

Dear snowbn69, Thank you for taking the time to provide your lovely feedback, and we agree completely!! We are so lucky to have skilled dentists such as Roshine, and skilled nurses such as Kass - and what makes them really special, is that they are kind and caring, as well as being skilled. It's a scary time for most people going to the dentist, and a particularly tricky experience if there have been poor experiences in the past. I know they, and the whole Dental team will be really pleased to receive your feedback, and I am very grateful that you took the time to share. All the best for your future oral health care.
