"Billington centre and staff"

Booked in, gave my details to the admissions front desk then sat down for 5 minutes and then did a RAT test and nurse apologised for invading my nose with the cotton tipped probe. 5 minutes later I was led into the second section where the nursing staff introduced themselves before asking me all my personal history and questions .

I was then asked to take off all my clothing and slip on the hospital clothing in the changing room and then returned to my armchair ,got my newspaper out to read some news . 

Another nurse came along checked my personal details, asked why I was there and continued to take my blood pressure, stick probes onto my skin then led to my bed where I was asked again my personal details and then left alone where I thought I fell asleep.  After waking up I was asked how I felt and realised the procedure was over and was offered a liquid drink and a sandwich. I checked the time it was an hour later, and my pickup was notified to collect me a half hour after.

I compliment the staff for the way all the stages were  executed seamlessly with a minimum of fuss , yet checking continually that  they had  the correct patient in front of them!
