"Birth at Albany Health Campus"

I had my baby at AHC earlier this year and had an incredibly positive experience with all staff involved. my midwife, Katrina, was absolutely amazing and made both myself and my husband feel safe, comfortable and confident throughout my labour. She provided options in an open and non pushy manor and I felt completely at ease with her. I had complications after birth and was required to attend theatre, the anaesthetist on call was friendly and wonderful before I was taken in and the nursing staff were all wonderful. I was visited by the surgeon, Dr Sri,  following the procedure and he was also lovely and caring. The nurses and midwives also kept my husband updated the whole time which helped him remain calm and present with out new baby. The help they provided us both in those first hours after labour was invaluable. Overall, the care we received in the maternity and HDU units was wonderful and I am very thankful to have had such great care during such a crazy time of my life! Thank you all so much
