I have just been a patient in ICU and Boyd wing at Warringal.

I have had a long involvement in looking at workplace culture. I believe that lying behind the outstanding technology, skill and patient care the key to  a great workplace is how the people at all levels work together as a team. I feel you can tell quickly that this is Warringal's real strength - I feel it shows all the way from the specialists through the wonderful nurses to the technical and support staff. I believe they are all clearly highly committed and work together positively and seamlessly.

In my opinion, this is what makes Warringal a world class hospital.
