About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I came in with indigestion problems and a bad heartburn as I felt a clinician insisted it was my fault that I didn't get my medicine that day and that they're gonna put me on a triage 5, after I told them my pain was a 10 for indigestion, intending I wait for 120minute. I find this immature and unprofessional work. Based on my experience, I would have rather suffered the pain and not wasted my fuel on driving to what I believe to be such a terrible hospital.
