(as the patient),

I’d like to say a huge thank you to my treating team and the Triage staff who were working ED recently. My nurse, Aaryn (I’m sorry if it is misspelt), and my treating Doctor, Dr Tadz, were so kind and understanding. They truly made me feel as though they were listening to all of my concerns and made me feel so comfortable whilst I was there. There are not enough words to describe how relieved I felt leaving the department. 

Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to your patients. I wish you nothing but the best.
