(as a parent/guardian),

The care my daughter and her baby recieved at KEMH was so hugely appreciated. From the second she arrived throughout the delivery, in the NICU and on the ward, until she was discharged, she felt safe and wonderfully cared for.  We cannot thank you enough.

Congratulations on the birth of your grandchild and thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about the care your daughter and her baby received.
