"No patient centred care"

About: Concord Repatriation General Hospital / Emergency

(as the patient),

For 4 hours I reported headache, dizzy, tightness and no oxygen at head and with an x ray from dentist showing possible carotid calcification. Instead of addressing my issue to give me a scan at my neck or perform a calcium test, they give me an ecg, lung x ray and sent me away while I was still dizzy and with a headache.

The doctor has been advised by the main doctor that I do not have symptoms of a stroke yet so I have to go to my GP for a referral for a scan. As a patient, I asked do I need to have a TIA before the hospital addresses the issue. I believe this is not how the hospital should treat a patient. Sadly, I feel there is no patent centred care.
