"Lump in my tongue"

About: Boort District Hospital / Acute Care

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had a lump in my tongue and it started to bleed unusually first thing in the morning.  I only had to ring the bell and the nurses would come in and stay with me till the bleeding had stopped.  I went to another hospital and had the lump cut out then came back here for after care.

I have no complaints with the nurses here, they are all very helpful and do anything you asked of them

Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback for our staff. Your patient journey sounds stressful and I am pleased and proud that our team were able to provide you with the care and reassurance you needed when you needed it.

We wish you all the very best in the future.
