Patient attended Geraldton Regional Hospital for day surgery. 

I believe the patient was treated very rudely by Anaesthetist. They did not introduce themselves to the patient, did not explain what they were going to do, I recall they shook the patient and slapped their face to wake them up. It seemed to me the staff attending appointment with patient was shocked to see how they were treated.
