(as the patient),

I presented myself at Busselton Surgery Services on the date and time specified.

The 5 star treatment I received from Hillary, Sarah, Luke, Daniel,  Dr. Nikhil, his assistant surgeon (sorry forgot her name)  Jodi and all the day care ward staff, you all made my day very special.  I think people like you are rare nowadays and your care and dedication are top drawer. I feel that if Busselton Health Campus was a hotel, it would be 5 Stars.

The only small issue was not being unable to obtain the pain killers on script from any Busselton Pharmacy as they were all closed by 6:30pm. The only one open was in Bunbury. Fortunately Tracy arranged with the ED staff to provide me with 2 pain killers. However, I did not need any pain relief during the night or currently.

Again, I am very glad that ED were able to assist you due to the pharmacies in town being closed when you were discharged, and very glad that you didn't need them over night!
