Recently, an unpleasant incident happened at Bunbury Health Campus around midnight and the triage nurse at the time, a lovely young man, came and diffused the incident before it escalated.  He was so perfect at it, full of empathy and very caring.  He did all that was in his power to make me feel safe and calm.  He is worth his weight in gold.  Thank you young man for being there for me at this stressful moment.  You have my respect.  Thanks
