While holding Berocca and Panadol in my hand, I examine the empty bottles and the red-stained carpet reeking of alcohol. I acknowledged to myself that alcohol has been my constant unhelpful companion, my escape, and my crutch for many years.

Realising the severity of my situation, I acknowledged to myself that I will need some serious assistance and that I cannot do this alone.

Based on my experience, if you or anyone you know is struggling with substance abuse, don't hesitate to reach out to Lives Lived Well. Their expert team provided me with the support and resources necessary to overcome addiction and lead a fulfilling life. I stopped suffering in silence and took the first step towards recovery.

Their knowledgeable and supportive team has given me the tools and encouragement I need to stay on track towards recovery.

This is not going to be easy but the process of transformation has already commenced and I am fully equipped to continue.
