Nurses and staff were all kind and helpful. The dentist and anaesthetist were also professional.
However I found the experience very unorganised and left feeling like there is a lot that needs to be improved for a comfortable experience.
I was postponed a month because I believe the hospital and dentist combined ran out of time to remove my teeth after I had sat in a hospital bed for 5+ hours and already used resources such as needles, socks, a drip and more.
When I arrived recently to my new appointment, all dental equipment had not arrived, the nurses discussed loudly about how it was not their fault, however this is something which I feel should be organised before the patients arrive for surgery. They had to source these from another hospital last minute.
I was also guaranteed to be first on the day due to missing out last time however when I arrived I realised I was not first on the list. I felt this was misleading but not a big deal in the end.
Finally when I went in 5 hours after arriving the surgery went well and all nurses and staff were great.
I am not passing blame on anyone in specific, however I found the organisation was very poor in my experience and left me feeling frustrated and slightly uneasy.
