About: Busselton Health Campus / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

From the start to the finish, was no fuss- no delays. In every Opp there is so many people involved. It is called a link chain. There were no weak links in my eye opp.

10/10

What a top service.

Can't wait to get my left eye done now.

Thanks Busselton Hospital the anaesthetist Sean and all the staff. It is so nice to have my RH eye working again

Hello!

Thank you so much for leaving such a positive message for us regarding you recent eye surgery at Busselton Health Campus.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but Busselton Health Campus provides all of the Public eye surgery in the South West - so we pride ourselves on giving the best possible care that our team can offer to our South West patients.

I appreciate your comments regarding the "links in a chain". I do like to think of our team like a chain. All of us need to work together to ensure patient safety and to provide a great experience - even though coming to hospital can be intimidating and not a fun way to spend the day!

The wonderful thing about having eye surgery at Busselton Hospital is that we get to see you twice!

I will certainly pass on your kind words to our team.

Kind regards,

Gemma Moyes
