I feel too often we talk about the negative and not enough about the positive. I want to share my experience with the exceptional staff I saw at Sydney Hospital Hand Clinics and Theatres. Ever under what seemed to be immense pressure, I felt they always provided the highest standard of customer service and care. From the backroom Appointment makers, to Reception, Hand Therapists, Nurses and Clinicians in the Clinics and Operating Theatres, all I saw were thoroughly professional , welcoming and reassuring. I remain enormously grateful that we have this amazing health service with, I feel, such dedicated providers.
